Are You A Living Sacrifice?

So many people are going through suffering and wondering "Why me?" Why NOT you? The Bible says that "No servant is above his Master" (John 15:20)! As a Believer, our Master offered Himself as the GREATEST sacrifice that ever lived! Why NOT you? No man WANTS to suffer, but the Bible teaches us that "In this world, we will go through trials and tribulations, but be of good cheer for I have overcome" (John 16:33)!

When we are in the midst of a fiery trial, it may not feel good, but if we keep a right attitude, God will not only work everything together for our good, but He will also use that testimony to bless and encourage someone else and help them make it to the other side! To keep a right attitude for God to use you as a living sacrifice, you have to do what Jesus did, and ZIP UP YOUR LIPS! Jesus did not complain, even under the weight of the cross! He is our living example! He prepared the way!

Can you put your own thoughts and feelings aside to be a blessing to someone else? To share your testimony that may break the yoke of depression, or even suicide off of their lives? Worship God in the very midst of the storm, signifying to God that you trust Him, no matter what it looks like. Watch the hand of Almighty God bring honor to your life because you honor Him! Be a living sacrifice for God and in due season, let the hand of Almighty God exalt you! If we are willing and obedient, we will eat the good of the land" (Isaiah 1:19).
